CHIEF OFFICER – Senior Management – Asia Pacific Ship Management Group (May 2014-Present)
- Engaged with various client executives and port authorities across nations for seamless delivery of various cargoes.
- Efficiently procured and managed inventory and critical equipments along with process optimization through strategic planning.
- Spearheaded multinational teams and managed business of various vessels internationally on a 24hour schedule.

CARGO OPERATIONS -
- Responsible for Planning & Monitoring of Cargo operations in close liaison with Terminal operators and Central Planners by using cargo planning software such as BELCO , MXMACS , SEACOS.
- Handling Ballasting/De-ballasting operations to maintain Stability & Stresses on the vessel as required by the Port authorities with regard to minimum depth alongside the berth and the clearance required for the shore cranes.
- Managing the Crew on board for the maintenance and inspection of Load-line items as per Company's Planned Maintenance System and reporting the same via Monthly and Quarterly reports to the Company.
SECOND OFFICER – Pacific International Lines, Singapore (January2010-November2013)
BRIDGE NAVIGATION OPERATIONS -
- Carrying out Navigation watches at sea and anchorage in compliance with IMO Regulations and codes.
- Updating & maintaining Charts & Publications with the weekly updates from UKHO- United Kingdom Hydrographic Office and Local authorities.
- Planning, Execution & Monitoring of Passages to determine the most economic and efficient route to minimize fuel consumption and maximize profits for the company.
- Maintaining Radio - DSC Watches & Testing & Maintenance of DSC equipments in compliance with I.T.U and International Maritime Organization rules and regulations
THIRD OFFICER – Pacific International Lines, Singapore (March2009-January2010)

SPECIAL OPERATIONS –
- In charge of Ship to ship transfer operation by Lifeboat carried out in the Gulf of Aden in 2011(M.V. KOTA LAHIR)
Lead a team of 8 crew to Transfer a team of 4marine security personnel from M.V KOTA LAHIR to M.V KOTA TERAJU (sister ship of the company) in the Gulf of Aden (Red Sea) via the ship’s Lifeboat.
Successfully operated the life boat and managed the crew to carry out the transfer operation.
- Designated Radio Officer for the Search & Rescue operation in the South Pacific Ocean near Tonga Island in August'2009.(M.V.SOUTHERN LILY)
Lead a team of 9 crew members to prepare for the search and rescue of the casualties when a passenger ferry sunk during heavy weather with about 200 passengers onboard.
Was the designated radio officer for the complete operation, Maintained communication with the New Zealand air force search and rescue on scene commander and complied with the search and rescue pattern advised by the On-scene commander.
- Dry-docking of 2 Container Ships - M.V.KOTA LAHIR ( 2011) In China , M.V.KOTA TERAJU (2007) In Singapore
In charge of Forward/Aft stations while docking, supervised the crew to carry out the operation in close liaison with the dock in charge.
Supervised the repairs of the ship, and assisted in preparing the ship for various safety audits and inspections.
Assisted Lloyd’s Register Class surveyors in the inspection of the ballast tanks and the ship’s bottom and hull plating .
Managed and supervised the dock yard personnel and the ship’s crew for the various repair jobs required by the company.
Regularly held meetings with the ship staff and the dock staff to plan the jobs to be carried out during the day and to follow up the repairs completed.
In charge of checking and managing the inventories of various spare parts and paint for the ship.
Prepared daily/weekly repair and audit reports for the company.
