RECIPROCATING PUMPS: Type: Piston, plunger and diaphragm pumps. Simplex and multiplex, single and double
Acting Carried our major overhauling of piston pumps – piston ring replacing and liner replacing. Plunger – plunger and packing replacing. Operated by steam engine or motor driven. Suction and discharge valves servicing and re-assembling.
ROTARY PUMPS: Type: screw, gear and sliding vane pumps. Carried out overhauling and clearance adjusting in gear, screw and vanes Mechanical seal replacements. RECIPROCATING COMPRESSOR: Type: Simples and multiplex, single or double acting, horizontal and vertical type, operated by motor driven .
Carried out overhauling of compressor- piston and rider rings replacing, checking and correction of cross head clearance & bearing clearance
Checking and adjusting of piston rod run out, web deflection for crank shaft

GEAR BOXES: Removing and dismantling of gear boxes, identifying gear wear patterns, measuring and adjusting backlash, measuring and setting bearing clearances, installing and maintaining gear boxes.
