Marine Engineer – Project (FPSO-Armada Olombendo)
- Lead and supervise contractors/yard for new installation /fabrication scope cable laying, cable ladders ,installation of Electrical & instrumentation equipment , Telecom equipment's , Skid instruments ( transmitter , control valves , gauges , flow meter , Switches ),F&G detectors , AFDS detectors , Ex’ rated Equipment's ,JB’s, MCC’s , Electrical UCP & LCP , Main power distribution panels , transformer ,Process Control panels , Marine and process related E& I equipment's installation etc.
- Arrange to provide necessary current revision of documents such as Hook up , Installation & location drawings , Single Line Diagram (SLD), Block Diagram, Loop Drawings, Termination drawings, Vendor detail Drawings and so on to facilitate the day to day work.
- Correspondence with contractors, conducting regular site meetings to evaluate the progress and take remedial actions to resolve bottle necks.
- Regular submission of material requisition, follow up and arrange materials issued in Engineering MTO and other items as well.
- Clarify technical issues on site and providing quick solution for Technical Queries (TQ) from contractors.
- Handle Hot or Cold Work Permits and provide any necessary technical written or verbal instructions to subordinates technicians to complete work.
- Coordinate with multiple vendors, engineering disciplines, project engineering and management during the preparation of project Turn over dossiers
- Assist and Advice to the Project team on the Sea & Gas trial for equipment and system testing and commissioning
- Provided hands-on technical support, advice and mentoring to all levels of personnel

- Ensure that all repair work is carried out in accordance with applicable manufacturers' or other instructions, specifications and codes of practice.
- Assist offshore to raise DRF( Defective Register Form ) & maintain warranty register and Regular follow up with Supply Chain Management (Procurement, Expeditor, Logistics, Stores and Forwarder).

- Follow up on completion of ITRs to meet the MC (Mechanical Completion) / RFC (Ready For Commissioning) target dates.
- Follow up and completion of the Cat ‘A’ and ‘B’ punches created during ITR Inspections and System Walk down.
- Arrange to prepare dossiers for MC / RFC Systems for the Tri Party Walk down.
- Ensure submission of Red line mark-up drawings during ITR’s clearance and final submission of drawings.
- Established preventive maintenance program for all phases such as field electrical & instrument system, lighting system, communication system for Various Tankers vessels
